- Writing skills- writing on our paper lines. No floating letters and using Capitol and lowercase letters.
- Math- hands on counting (10 beads in a number 10 cup)
- Science- water cycle
- Theme- Weather, how fast spring weather changes!
- Bible- "It is true the Lord has risen" Luke 24:34. As we get closer and closer to Easter it is important to talk about not only Jesus raising from the dead but the reason he died for us. We have been talking about how God sent Jesus to save us, how he taught us to forgive and to love others. We also have talked a lot about what a wonderful gift forgiveness is!!
- The first day of spring is April 20th. We are hoping to be able plant some strawberries or flowers to celebrate the begging of spring.
- I would like to have an Easter party the Friday before Easter. We would LOVE to color eggs. Please let me know if you are willing to bring in a dozen eggs or supply's for coloring them! Thanks in advance!!
- please be sure to bring appropriate clothing for the daily weather changes💧💨
- Show and Tell is Friday while we are talking about forgiveness and our blessings. Have your child being something that makes them feel blessed, or loved. It could be a blanket a stuffed animal or a picture of people or a pet that makes them feel blessed and loved.
- Please send your child with a water bottle labeled with their name. Having one in the class room makes for fewer trips to the drinking fountain and fewer stops to our learning.(water only please).
- Reading:Remember to read to your child every day!!
